Hi all, it's been a while since I logged on. I'm sorry if this has come up and I've missed it.
My 1224 has only been gigged a few times and has been used at home maybe a dozen times. I switched it on the other day and there was a loud hum coming from it, even with the mute switch engaged. In use, the hum was still there and there was no clean sound. I'm assuming that it is a power stage valve problem, but as I've never delved into the guts of an amp, I'd like a wee bit of advice from you guys please. Any, and all comments welcome.
