Posts: 119 (05/07/09 10:31:20) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	i dont think so. i think its only overused for doom. the bad thing about the doom settings on a g1 is, that it compresses a lot. let me tell you, with a telecaster and slight overdrive its one of the sweetest sounds ive ever heared. so organic and 3D, it hits your face. or hang a boost pedal infront of the amp to play some lead. people are blown away, really.

We hit the studio at the end of the month so I'll have 8 new tracks with the GTL for ya to hear. yeah, I recently switched up and turned the gain all the way down and use the new swollen pickle for the distortion. But for a while I had the gain all the way up but honestly I was having problems keeping the bass vibrations down. I was getting major buzz, so with this set up it's still bass filled but not as crazy. Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining. http://www.myspace.com/gomiband

Thumbs up all round I say
