Hi, I've just become the owner of a V28 Mk2 and 2x12 cab via ebay. The back of the cab has 2 inputs, can anyone enlighten me as to why, and how I would use
them?

if you had another cab you can daisy chain them into one amp that only has one speaker output.

Oops!That was a bit clumsy. I mean would it matter which speaker input I used when feeding from the amp?
